Description

Many follow on packages for Red Hat et al, such as mod_arm4, will require selinux support

Builds fail for parallel builds. The options for the RedHat? SPEC are to disable smp builds, or duplicate the build code in the SPEC file. I'm inclined to do the latter.

This should be mentioned in a README.SELinux
