Introduction
This site is dedicated to projects based on the Application Response Measurement (ARM) standard.
The long term goal is to develop a series of Enterpise quality management tools as open source. The first and most important of these tools is the ARM4 agent. This will be the basis for all the management tools. The software is currently in alpha status, but is certainly usable by developers and braver systems administrators.
When this is complete, a set of web-based tools will allow the systems administrator or application developer to monitor and tune their applications.
Future projects include language bindings for PHP and Python.
